#forever alone? celebrate it with your friends!

i guess everyone knows that tomorrow is Valentine's Day. As for
couples, it's a very special day when you give roses and chocolates and hugs and kisses to show your love to each other. But, it doesn't mean you have to celebrate it with your boyfriend or girlfriend or wife or husband. To those who are single or available, celebrate it with your friends and family. Valentine's Day is a special day when you show your love towards people that you love, etc your best buddies, like mine who I call her Bitch. :P
anyway, I'm celebrating it with my family this year. Well, i did told my mum that i'm #forever alone this year and she said, oh it's okay i'm #forever alone too. TROL. Since Valentine's Day is a special day to show your love, I've made some shortbread cookies and packed them into small packets to give it out to my friends and love ones. Though they're just simple recipes (it's not that easy to
do though cause i'm a beginner), but it taste really super duper GOOD! **not complimenting for my baking skills or anything, just that the recipes are really simple yet DELICIOUS! I really want to thank a friend of mine who helped me in making the shortbread cookies. She gave me the recipes and teach me the techniques of making cookies. Including on how to mix the flour by using the 'folding in' technique and checking the butter which has been beat until it's fluffy. I cut the cookies into small heart-shape and they look so adorable! :D Thanks to my friend's cookie cutter. :)) Spent the whole afternoon doing them but the efforts are worth for it! Here are some pictures of the cookies and my friend (my mentor). :)
